Design & Development
Parmida Rubber Industries has well equipped its design and development center with CATIAV5,SOLID WORKS and AUTO CAD softwares.Using body CAD data,The company is capable to design sealing systems for cars with active
support and cooperation of its technical European partner.
Mixing
The mixing section consist of 2 Nos. kneader type mixer,2 Nos. mixing mills and Bach off.
2 Nos. Compound Straining lines.
Laboratory
Laboratory is very well equipped with modern and sophisticated testing machines and is being periodically audited
by main customers.
In order to assure the quality of final products, all incoming raw materials are being carefully tested according to standards and pre-defined criteria.
Final parts are also continually being tested based on customer and international standards to make sure of their compatibility with defined specification.
Extrussion
UHF based (SSM) continuous curing line with capability of producing colored extrusions and metal strip /wire carrier embedded profiles.
UHF based (SS) continuous curing line for co-extrusion profiles without metal.
Salt Bath based (SSM) continuous curing line with capability of producing co- extruded profiles with metal strip /wire carrier.
Molding and Finishing
The company is equipped with several injection / transfer and compression molding presses which enables it to produce high accurate and quality molded parts.
There are also several automated and semi-automated special purpose machines to carry out operations like as drilling, punching, notching, etc.
Tools, Dies and Mold Development
Parmida has in house capabilities to design & develop Finishing Tools, Extrusion Dies & Corner Molds. A modern tool room with conventional & CNC machines & a team of talented engineers to support this activity
